Jose Camey – age 48 of Lebanon passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026 in Charlestown, WV.
He was born in Guatemala on February 21, 1978 to the late Catalino Camey and Maria Fulgencia Jacobo.
Jose is survived by son, Jeffrey Alejandro Camey; wife, Mirian Gonzalez; step daughter, Melissa Crespo; a host of brothers and other loving family and friends.
Jose enjoyed all kinds of food and never passed up an opportunity to share a good meal with family and friends. He had a fun-loving personality, a great sense of humor, and could always bring a smile to those around him. He enjoyed watching movies and playing video games with his son.
A dedicated and hardworking man, Jose took great pride in his work as a truck driver and truly enjoyed life on the open road. Above all, he loved his family and treasured the time he spent with them. His kindness, laughter, and strong work ethic will be remembered by all who knew and loved him.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 1 p.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
