Joe Allen Williams, age 77 of Watertown, Tennessee passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at his residence.
Born April 24, 1945, he was the son of the late Harve and Amanda Bell Williams.
Joe was a graduate of Watertown High School and a member of Good Hope United Methodist Church, he was a retired railroad employee with CSX and L&N Railroad. He was a Past Master and Treasurer of Comer Lodge 417 F&AM, a Scottish Rite Mason, the Al Menah Shrine Temple and Oriental Band; the Eastern Star and Rose Croix.
Joe is survived by his wife, Gwen Williams; daughters, Tammy Daily, Jessica (Clark) Mathis, Tracey (Ronald) Turner; grandchildren, Holli (T.J. Pollins) Daily, Hunter Daily, Ethel and Bonnie Jo Mathis, Nicole, Caitlyn and Christopher Marks, Kelsey and Cody Cripps; great-grandchildren, Keaton Daily, Cage Pollins, Madison and McKenna Campbell, Brantley Cripps; cousins and many friends.
Funeral services will be a 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2022 at Good Hope United Methodist Church with Rev. Gary Wedgewood officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. till 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Masonic Rites at 7 p.m. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. till service time Monday at the church.
Pallbearers, Christopher Marks, Hunter Daily, Tommy Apala, Van Anderson, Doc Allison, Tim Gerard, Nicky Baggett, Wayne Erwin. Interment at Wilson Co. Memorial Park.
