James Doyle Morgan age 60 of Watertown, died Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021 near his home.
Born Oct. 21, 1961, he was the son of the late Doil Morgan and Rubye Dickens Morgan and was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Kennedy.
Jimmy was a 1980 graduate of Lebanon High School and served in the US Army. He was a 25 yr. employee of the City of Watertown.
Jimmy is survived by his brother, Bob Morgan of Watertown; sisters, Annie Branaman of Watertown, Debrah Jean (Brian) Travis of Goodlettsville, Doylene Stafford of Beech Grove; nephew, Petey Morgan of Watertown; nieces and nephews, Billy, Eric, and Jay Morgan, Breanna Pettit, Tyler, and Christian Travis, Donnie, Jimmy, and Phillip Stafford, Nicole Patterson, Jessica Kennedy.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. David Haun and Mayor Mike Jennings officiating. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. till service time Thursday. Pallbearers, Dale Heflin, Brian Travis, Tyler and Christian Travis, Lee Lasater, Dustin Williamson, Carl Morgan, Dale, and Marvin Smith. Interment at Commerce Cemetery.
