Jessica Vega, age 34, of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away on November 5, 2025. She was born on March 20, 1991, in Salvatierra, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Angelina Calderon Lara.
Jessica lived a life without limits. She was a spitfire, a fearless spirit, and the kind of person who could light up any room she walked into. When she had a dream in mind, she was unstoppable in achieving it. She was quick to forgive, willing to give second chances when hope felt lost, and always the first to lend her hand when someone needed strength.
She was known as the Big Boss, respected for her strong work ethic, her fierce determination, and her no-nonsense attitude paired with a loving heart. Jessica was truly everyone’s hype girl – lifting others up, cheering them on, and reminding them of their worth. She loved adventure and lived boldly, enjoying rock climbing, hiking, extreme sports, beach vacations, and Disney trips with her children. She was also a foodie who loved cooking creative lunches for her kids that became famous among their friends.
Above all, Jessica was a devoted mother. Her children, Cloe and Kenai, were her world and the source of her greatest joy. She poured her energy, humor, and love into every moment they shared – watching movies, going on trips, or simply being together.
Jessica will be lovingly remembered by her children Cloe and Kenai; her mother Angelina Calderon Lara; her brothers Jesus (Fayth) and Leo; along with many extended family members and treasured friends who will forever carry her fearless spirit in their hearts.
Jessica’s family finds comfort in knowing that her love and light will continue to shine through her children and in every life she touched. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
