Jeffery Keith Burton, age 65, of Watertown passed away on Friday afternoon, Aug. 4, 2023 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
Born Aug. 13, 1957, he was the son of the late Clarence Joseph Burton and Peggy McClanahan Burton.
Jeff was a 1975 graduate of Lebanon High School and received an associate degree from Cumberland University. He was a retired freight yard specialist with Yellow Freight Line.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Bettye Ann Goolsby Burton; son, Dusty (Sarah Murray) Burton; daughter, Becky (Jacob) Harris; grandchildren, Ashton, Zoi and Airyn; and a cousin, Jan Hall.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2023 at Hunter Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and Noon till service time on Wednesday. Interment will be at Wilson Co. Memorial Park. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
