James Philip Sias Sr., age 75, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee passed away on September 25, 2021.
James graduated with honors from The University of Florida, College of Engineering in 1972. He enjoyed playing golf and his favorite course was “whichever course he was playing with his son.”
He was preceded in death by parents, Clifton (Barbara) Sias; and brother, William Sias.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Gwen Sias; wonderful children, Georeane (Larry) Nigro and James (Amber) Sias, Jr.; brother, Robert (Libby) Sias; sisters, Ellen (Wayne) Sconyers and Sara (John) Ireland.
The memorial mass will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet. The visitation will be held on Saturday, October 2nd from 12:00pm until time of mass at 2:00 pm.
Since Mr. Sias loved wearing his blue jeans, feel free to honor him by wearing your blue jeans to the visitation and service.
