Harvey Key, age 57 of Lebanon, passed away on November 9, 2025 surrounded by family. The Funeral Service, conducted by Bishop Daniel Stirnemann, is 11 a.m. Thursday, November 13, 2025 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery will follow the service. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m.
Harvey Dewayne Key was born in Carthage TN to Bonnie Goolsby Key and Willie Key. He was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and University of Tennessee football. He also enjoyed fishing, especially for catfish, and attending the grandchildren’s games. Harvey worked as a fork lift operator for PFG for 27 years.
Harvey is survived by his partner of 34 years, Brenda Sneed, son Bubba Sneed, grandchildren Brandi Shackelton, Dylan, Madi, Stephanie, Celina, Stevie and Ayden Sneed, mother Bonnie Key, sisters Georgie Fowler, Myra Key, and April Key, brothers Roger, Robert, and Jimmy Key, sister-in-law Mary Cooper, and many beloved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Willie Key, brother Mike Key, brother-in-law Roy Fowler, step-son Steven Sneed, step-daughter Ashley Sneed, and niece Sondra Key.
