George Lee ‘Raise’ Thomas IV, age 59, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
Raise was born in Nashville, TN and was a 1982 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School. He grew up attending Dodson Chapel United Methodist Church. Raise enjoyed fishing and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He also enjoyed woodworking and valued quality workmanship. Raise loved BINGO and Christmas and wanted a tree in every room. He was naturally funny.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Bond Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Hendricks officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Jeff Savage, Paddy O’Neill, Jason Savage, Shane Hutchison, Dillon Eakes, Spenser Lee and Stant Eakes. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Bland, Barry Graves, Matt Graves and the employees of Hoover Paint Company.
