Douglas Edward Fennell age 61 of Alexandria, died Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. Born Feb. 27, 1965 in Canton, IL, he was the son of the late Joseph Edward Fennell and Karen Sue Davids Fennell.
Doug was a graduate of Watertown High School and a commercial painter.
He is survived by his daughters, Nicole Lynn Cammack, Kristina Cunningham, Erica Millard and Lana Fennell; 5 grandchildren; his sister, Tracy (Butch) Butner of Brush Creek; brother, Allen (Brenda) Fennell of Lebanon; nieces and nephews.
Doug had chosen cremation and a celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
