Dorris Harris, age 64, of Lebanon TN, passed away on February 8, 2025.
The Memorial Service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars, is 6 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2025 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the service at 6 p.m.
Dorris Edwin Harris was born in Lebanon TN to Hattie Elizabeth Dickerson Harris and Roy Harris. He was more than anything, a family man. Dorris was a provider, a wonderful father, and a supportive grandfather. Dorris loved fishing with his brothers, watching home make-over shows, and going to the grandkids’ games. He was a fan of the Washington Redskins/Commanders.
He is survived by his children: Tammy (Jason) Harris, Nicole (Jacob) Hodge, Michael (Tina) Mullins; grandchildren: Lauren Mullins, Kendra Harris, Payton Hodge, Carly Hodge, and Colton Harris; brothers: Johnny (Becky) Harris, Burnis (Poppy) Hackney, Edward (Faye) Harris, and Bradley McDonald; sister: Carolyn (Bobby) Butler; and life-time friend Diane Harris. He is preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth and Roy Harris.
