David Collinsworth, age 77, of Lebanon TN, passed away on October 24, 2024.
James David Collinsworth was born in Lebanon TN to Betty Jean Redmand Collinsworth and Cullen Cecil Collinsworth.
He was an incredible artist, talented with his hands, and a craftsman who could build anything from wood. David was a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He owned C&F Office Machines for more than 50 years, being the only one on this side of the Mississippi River who could repair typewriters. At one time, he was the go-to guy for Atari Consoles.
David is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lynn Clemmons Collinsworth; sons: Mike (Stacy) Collinsworth and Eric (Katy) Collinsworth; grandchildren: Hayley, Caelyn, Lindsey, Ella, Lillie Kate, Lucy, and Levi; great-grandchildren: Fallon and Jamie; siblings: John (Sherri Lannom) Collinsworth, Jeannie (Danny) Atwood, Anne (Scott) Hensley, and Dawn (J.C.) Huddleston; and many extended family members.
He is preceded in death by Betty and Cullen Collinsworth and brothers Cullen and Ron Collinsworth.
The Funeral Service is at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2024 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery will follow the service. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the service at 2 p.m.
