Cynthia Smith, age 68 of Lebanon, passed away on May 18, 2026. She is preceded in death by husband, Dintin Smith; parents, Paul and Geneva Hunter; sisters, Terri Lynne Morton, Annette Mitchell and Paulette Hunter.
She is survived by children, Chance (Gracie) Smith and Jessica (Austin) Horne; grandchildren, Brantlee and Ellie Smith and Allie and Aiden Horne; sister, Carolyn Swain as well other loving family members.
Cynthia was raised in Mt. Juliet and graduated from Mt. Juliet High School. She was a member of Gladeville Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling to Crossville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and especially loved baking and shopping with her sister every Wednesday. Above all, she loved her grandbabies and treasured the time spent with her family.
Visitation for Ms. Smith will take place Thursday, May 21st, 2026 from 5 to 8 PM at Partlow Funeral Chapel and Friday, May 22nd from 12 PM until the funeral service at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Rutland Cemetery in Mt. Juliet, TN. Pastor Randy Neal will officiate the services. Chance Smith, Austin Horne, Rob Morton, Hunter Morton, Chris Mitchell, Mark Mitchell, Brian Swain and Jeff Hall will serve as active pallbearers. Jack Mitchell, Charlie Mitchell, Grady Mitchell, Wil Hall, Walt Hall, Ryan Morton, Brandon Morton, Logan Morton, Henry Swain, Ken Quast and Samuel Quast will serve as honorary pallbearers.
