Corinne Lawrence, age 86, of the Statesville Community, passed away on Saturday evening, October 14, 2023 at her residence.
Born Oct. 22, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Sheldon and Vonie Hindsley Hendrixon and was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Lawrence in 2001 and 4 brothers and sisters.
She was a member of Smith Fork Baptist Church and a retired cafeteria worker for Watertown Schools.
Corinne is survived by her sons, Michael Lawrence and Rickey Lawrence and his wife, Vicki both of Statesville; grandchildren, Joshua, Benjamin and Serria Lawrence; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Savannah, Hunter and Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Steven Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and prior to services Wednesday. Interment will be at Jennings Cemetery. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
