Connie Lynn McCulloch, age 75 of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday evening, August 30, 2022 at Mt. Juliet Health Care.
Born Jan. 4, 1947 in Peoria, IL, she was the daughter of the late William Sweet and Ethel Mae Crebo Rauhaus.
Connie is survived by her husband, Jerry P. McCulloch; children, Angela (Gary) Mason-Daub, Jerry William McCulloch, Jill (James) Walters; grandchildren, Cristie (Behfar) Ighani, Billy and Jordan Herchenbach, Dalaini Walters; great-grandchild, Kenzo Ighani; sister, Becky Sweet of Wisconsin.
Graveside services and interment will be at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 2022 at the McCulloch Cemetery on Flatwoods Rd. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home at 3:30 p.m. Friday and proceed in procession to the cemetery. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
