Mr. Brian Laurence Farrell passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at his home.
Born in Mattoon, Illinois on October 13, 1947, he was the son of the late James Laurence and Louine Marie Sweeney Farrell.
Mr. Farrell worked as a purchasing agent for the University Medical Center in Lebanon, and later in life drove a bus for Wilson County Schools. He was married to his loving bride, Sherry Lee Farrell, on November 5, 1984.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Shoshannah Atwell; brother, Robert Farrell; sister, Marcia Loop; and great-granddaughter, Rose Ault.
He leaves behind his wife of 40 years, Mrs. Sherry Lee Farrell of Lebanon; children, Lance (Mary) Farrell of Heltonville, IN, Wendy (Mike) Smallwood of Pauline, SC, Kevin Farrell of Lebanon, Jay (Sheila) Hoffman of Lebanon, Sherie (Tim) Spalding of Scottsville, KY, Arlow (Leslie) Farrell of Burnsville, MN, Sean (Jordan) Farrell of Lebanon; sisters, Janis (Ben) Tuttle of Martinsville, IN and Erin Farrell of Indianapolis, IN.
Graveside services for Mr. Brian Laurence Farrell, age 77 of Lebanon, will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM from Cedar Grove Cemetery, with family and friends officiating. His family will serve as pallbearers.
