Robert B. “Bobby” Fisher age 81, formerly of Watertown, died Saturday morning, Oct. 16, 2021 at his Lebanon residence.
Born Dec. 27, 1939 in Davidson County, he was the son of the late Charles and Earline Fields Fisher and was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Giese and Mildred Fisher, and brothers, Charles, Donald, and George Fisher. His wife of 55 years, Frances Danise Fisher died on Nov. 6, 2018 and he was preceded by granddaughters, Victoria “Tori” Cook and Katie Brooke Weathers.
Bobby was a member of Teamsters Local 480 and was a retired freight hauler for A&H Truck Lines and Consolidated Freight.
He is survived by his daughters, Vicki (Craig) Cook, Marsha (Jamey) Robertson, Michele Fisher, and Helen (Tim) Thorne; son, Rick (Shelia) Weathers; grandchildren. Erika Journeay, Tyler and Tabitha Cook, Dusty, Jeremy, and Devan Kingsland; Karlie Weathers, Clayton Thorne; great-grandchildren, Luke and Alyssa White, Kasen Journeay, Thomas, and Wyatt Kingsland, Michele, Lennox, and Jasper Kingsland, Asher McCarter, Lela Rose Hillard, Avery Kingsland, Lincoln Thorne, Jessee, and Chris Taylor; brother, James Fisher; sister, Lois Prosser; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Elliot and Bro. Sellars Crain officiating. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Monday and prior to services on Tuesday. Interment will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Ethridge Masonic Cemetery in Lawrence County. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
