Robert “Bob” James Casselman, age 85 passed away on December 9, 2021.
Bob was a wonderful man who will be dearly missed. He worked 17 years at GE and 17 years at Phillips Electronics. He also served as President of the TES Illumination Engineering Society. A few of his favorite hobbies were gardening and eating ice cream.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Annabelle Casselman; brothers, Tom and Donald Casselman; and sister, Barbara Casselman. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Gail Casselman; children, Brad (Jennifer) Casselman, and Brian Casselman; brother, Doug (Becky) Casselman; sister-in-law, Jeanne Casselman; grandchildren, Delaney Casselman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 20th at 1 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Pastor Pierce Drake officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. The Visitation will be held on Monday, December 20th from 12 pm until time of service at 1 pm.
