Beverly Deitz Best of Mt. Juliet, entered into Heaven on May 18, 2025 after a bravely fought battle with cancer, surrounded by her daughter, son in law and her grandchildren. Beverly was born October 17, 1961 in White County, Georgia, to James Monroe Deitz and the late Myra Juanelle Deitz.
She was strong in her faith, she loved to play games, read books, watch her favorite tv dramas, go to the movies and she was an avid football fan. She also enjoyed spending time with her daughter and son in law and her 3 grandsons. She will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She didn’t want to be called Grandma so she was affectionately known as “Honey”.
She is survived by her father James Deitz, daughter Morgan Anderson and her husband Brandon, 3 grandsons – Jagger, Frampton, and Denver Anderson and her Yorkie Carmen. In addition, she is survived by her sister Karla Lankford and her husband Bill, 2 nephews Channing Lankford and his wife Jackie and Taylor Lankford and his wife Starr, along with 7 great nieces and nephews, Greg, Aria, Landon, Madoxx, Taylee, River and Dallas.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 11:00am-1:00pm, with services to follow at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Sellars Funeral Home @ Mt. Juliet. Interment to follow at Mt.
