Betty Sue Marler age 91 formerly of Watertown, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2025 at her Lebanon residence.
Born July 8, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Gracie Lee Neal Foutch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Marler in 2018; a sister, Jean Wood and brother, Gary Foutch.
Betty was a graduate of Watertown High School and a member of Watertown First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth (Cathy) Marler of Lebanon, Daniel (Cathy) Marler of Alexandria and Susie (Don) Mahaney of Lebanon; grandchildren, Benjamin (Corina) Marler, Jason (Jaclyn) Bringhurst, Chris (Robin) Bringhurst, Buffy (Jeff) Seaborn, Richard Hunt, Jessica (Jeff) Tibbs, Ricky (Samantha) Baines and 13 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Sandra (Kenneth) Lawrence of Goodlettsville and brother, Bobby (Lolly) Foutch of Watertown; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2025 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Pratt officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 10 a.m. till service time. Pallbearers are Richard Hunt, Andrew Carr, Jeff Tibbs, Ricky Baines, Jason Bringhurst, Benjamin Marler, and Jackson Marler. Interment will be at Jones Hill Cemetery.
