Barry Lee Snyder age 66 of Woodbury, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 19, 2025 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. Born May 16, 1958, he was the son of the late Homer Lee Snyder and Delia Marie Holder Snyder and was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Murphy Snyder; brother, Timothy Snyder and a niece, Melissa Snyder.
Barry was employed in the heating & air business and was an accomplished songwriter and singer.
He is survived by his children, Brian Snyder (Tabitha) of McMinnville, Amanda Snyder-Wright (Seth) of Nashville and Adam Snyder (Colbee) of Woodbury; granddaughter, Parker Wright; sister, Gina Stanley (Mark); sister-in-law, Teresa Snyder and nieces, Maggie Snyder and Terri Nicholas.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2025 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Lawson officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. till service time on Friday. Pallbearers, Brian Snyder, Adam Snyder, Seth Wright, Mark Stanley, Fidencio Nicholas, Fernando Morales. Interment will follow at Jones Hill Cemetery.
