A new fire station aimed at improving response times and supporting a growing community will officially open this week in Mt. Juliet.

The Mt. Juliet Fire Department will host a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday at 11 a.m. to mark the debut of Fire Station 3. The new facility replaces the department’s former East Hill Street station and is designed to better serve residents with enhanced coverage and resources.

The ceremony will take place at 4730 Old Lebanon Dirt Road. Following the ribbon cutting, attendees are invited to stay for lunch and tour the station, where firefighters will live, train, and operate.
