February 17, 2025 – Over the weekend, after receiving a call from a concerned citizen, Lebanon Police responded to the area of Chums on North Cumberland St. in reference to male passed out at the wheel of his vehicle.
Officers were able to locate the vehicle and found the driver still passed out behind the wheel. Through their investigation, officers located 3.4 grams of suspected heroin.
The 40-year-old male from Clarksville was arrested without incident on multiple charges.
