The parade was scheduled for 7 p.m. beginning at City Hall and ending at the Wilson County Courthouse.
The 4th of July festivities will continue Saturday, July 4, at the Wilson County Fairgrounds Greenspace off Peyton Road. Gates open at 5 p.m., and the celebration begins at 6 p.m. with an evening packed full of entertainment and activities for all ages.
Enjoy live music from El Dorado, browse a variety of food trucks, watch a parachute exhibition, and take part in family-friendly attractions, including face painting, balloon artists, and water inflatables. The evening will wrap up with one of Lebanon’s favorite Independence Day traditions as fireworks light up the sky at approximately 9 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged bring lawn chairs, gather family and friends, and join the community for two days of patriotic fun celebrating America’s 250th birthday.
