Lebanon Special School District closed on Wednesday and will remain closed until Monday, February 10. The closure comes in an effort to break the cycle of illness and prevent further spread.
After careful consideration, LSSD decided to close for three days due to a significant number of staff, including teachers and bus drivers, being absent due to illness. In addition, a large percentage of students were out due to sickness as well.
The district says the absences were impacting the ability to maintain normal school operations.
School Age Child Care will remain open.
