August 27. 2024 – Late Monday night (August 26), Lebanon Police officers responded to a domestic situation at West Baddour/Fairview Ave. All affected residents in the area were contacted and sheltered for safety as the suspect had barricaded himself inside a residence.
Around 11:45pm, the police reported that Daniel Harris was in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
Lebanon Police shared a video of Harris’ arrest on Facebook, which you can see here. He was taken into custody without incident and faces multiple criminal charges, including domestic assault and aggravated burglary.
“We are grateful that no one was injured and appreciate the diligent work of our department in ensuring a safe apprehension,” LPD wrote on Facebook.
