The City of Lebanon is inviting the community to two major celebrations this week with the grand opening of a new Sam’s Club and the official opening of Downtown Square Park.
The festivities begin Thursday, July 30, with the Sam’s Club grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8 a.m. at 600 Willard Hagan Drive. City leaders will officially welcome the new store to the community.
On Friday, July 31, the city will celebrate the opening of Downtown Square Park in historic downtown Lebanon. The event runs from 5:30 to 8 p.m., with the ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 5:45 p.m.
The celebration will also include live music by Sweet N 3. Following the ceremony, Main Street Mercantile will offer free single-scoop ice cream, courtesy of Mayor Rick Bell, while supplies last.
