August 28, 2024 – Lebanon Police officers were alerted to a stolen license plate from Nashville last Friday.
Officers quickly located the vehicle on Lebanon Rd near Mt. Juliet Rd and discovered it was occupied by several teens. When the car fled, officers chose not to pursue beyond city limits due to safety concerns. However, the car returned to Mt. Juliet moments later, where officers successfully used spike strips to disable it.
The suspects—four males from Nashville, aged 14, 15, 15, and 15—abandoned the vehicle on Market Place but were apprehended after a thorough search.
The car, a 2011 Nissan Altima, was stolen from Nashville on 8/16, and the license plate was taken on 8/22 from Nashville.
