Families are invited to celebrate the season at a free community Easter event later this month in Mt. Juliet.
Mt. Juliet Parks & Recreation will host Easter in the Park on Saturday, March 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Charlie Daniels Park. The event is sponsored by Chief Rentals.
Organizers say the event will feature candy, inflatables and food trucks, along with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, sponsored by Third Coast Salt Day Spa. A limited number of golden eggs will also be hidden throughout the event.
The celebration is free and open to the public. Those interested in becoming a vendor can apply through the Mt. Juliet Parks & Recreation online registration portal.
