This 90-minute workshop is all about body positivity and creating a tool kit of modifications to take with you into aerial classes. Aerial hammocks are rated to hold over 2,000lbs which means anyone can participate in this type of movement. Both aerial and yoga are practices that should change to fit your body – you shouldn’t have to change your body to fit the practice. Let them show you how.
