Construction is underway on a major new self-storage facility in Mt. Juliet, promising hundreds of units for the growing community.

The four-story, 116,948-square-foot facility will be located at the corner of Golden Bear Gateway and Rutland Drive. According to City Now Next, it will include more than 900 storage units, 16 onsite parking spaces, and offsite road improvements, with completion expected soon.

The project is being developed by W.E. O’Neil Construction, continuing the company’s ongoing partnership with Public Storage. The exterior will feature a full-brick façade to meet city planning guidelines, blending seamlessly into the neighborhood.

The facility, named Public Storage Golden Bear, is expected to open in Fall 2025.
