A months-long investigation into an alleged drug trafficking organization in Wilson County has led to the arrest of two people, including a convicted felon and confirmed gang member accused of distributing large amounts of cocaine.
The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office said its Narcotics Division, alongside the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, launched an investigation in October 2025 into a major drug trafficking organization operating in Wilson County.
Investigators identified 53-year-old Kevin Alonzo Neal of Mt. Juliet as the primary suspect, alleging he distributed more than 500 grams of cocaine to law enforcement during six separate transactions. Authorities said Neal is a confirmed gang member and convicted felon with prior convictions for aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.
In December, investigators executed search warrants at Neal’s residence and two additional Davidson County properties connected to the investigation. Detectives reportedly recovered nearly 300 grams of cocaine, a large quantity of marijuana and 24 firearms. Authorities also seized nearly $50,000 and three vehicles believed to be tied to narcotics proceeds.
Investigators said two additional associates tied to the operation were found at the residences, including Nicole Marie Bisel, who was later indicted alongside Neal by the Wilson County Grand Jury.
According to the sheriff’s office, Neal faces seven felony cocaine charges, four felony weapons charges and a money laundering charge. Bisel was charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and money laundering.
Authorities said both Neal and Bisel were arrested Wednesday, May 20. At the time of his arrest, Neal was allegedly found in possession of about one ounce of cocaine and received an additional charge.
Officials said the investigation remains active, with additional arrests and charges possible.
