February 17, 2025 – This afternoon, a traffic stop on Lebanon Road for a suspended registration turned into much more. The driver, a 32-year-old male from Nashville, repeatedly gave false information about his identity before officers confirmed who he was.
A convicted felon with a history of carjacking and robbery, he was found in possession of a Smith & Wesson handgun stolen out of Nashville in 8/2023, methamphetamine, and had an active warrant in Sumner County for failure to appear on drug charges. He was arrested for his warrant, possession of meth, theft of a firearm, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
His passenger, a 29-year-old female from Nashville, was also charged for possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
