Police responded to a shooting at the Glass Creek Apartments in Mt. Juliet on May 16, 2023.
When police arrived, they were told that a suspect was inside the victim’s apartment and was found when the resident arrived. Police also were told that there was a struggle with a shot fired.
No one was hit.
Detectives later learned that the alleged victim fired the shot and attempted to cover the event with false statements.
