Mr. Jason Wayne Steen, age 44, of Clarksville, Tennessee, and formerly Lafayette, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, at The University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Graveside services for Jason Steen are scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 11 AM, from The Macon County Memorial Gardens with Megan and Stefan Sexton speaking. Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Monday, October 14, 2024 from 11 AM until 8 PM.
Jason is preceded in death by Grandparents, John and Gertie Steen; and Grandfather, Jerry Gann.
